How you start your day is how you set the tone for your day. It prepares you for the events that you cannot possibly prepare for. It’s important to start your day with intention. I start my day, every day, with a tall class of water, B vitamins, a little caffeine and a motivational message. I listen to a youtube video or podcast to help get my mind right as I prepare to take on my day. Most days that starts with physical activity. I allow myself one day of rest, but six out of the seven days I prepare to go to the gym and move my body. Moving my body after having my mind moved is crucial to embodying the motivation I just received. Even if you aren’t a gym rat like me, doing a sun salutation, a brisk walk or a quick set of pushups can get your heart rate up and get you pumped up for what ever the day throws at you.
In addition to moving my body and mind, I also work to invigorate my spirit. I encourage you to prioritize small actions that will increase your vibration and your productivity. Meditate, review your goals, read, and write.
Take the time to ask yourself, if I could start my day in way, what would that look like? Then start making small adjustments to make that desire a reality. Remember all time is your time. How will you use it?
