You don’t need a whole day, or even two hours. If you have 20 minutes, you can fit in a yoga practice. Since having my son, sometimes I only get 10 minutes before I am in full time mama mode. Don’t sabotage yourself into thinking you have to leave your home or have 30 minutes minutes to do a workout. Evening doing some light stretches or a sun salutation when you wake up can change the way you start the day! Where there is a will, there is a way.
