About Bretagne Stowe

Hi, I’m Bretagne. I’m equal parts lover and fighter—and yoga is where those two sides finally learned to live in harmony.

I fell in love with yoga because it taught me balance. What drew me in most was the idea that yoga is a practice. There is no perfect—and honestly, who wants perfect anyway? I’d much rather be uniquely me, rough edges and all. Through yoga, I’ve learned to love every part of myself, and that self-acceptance is something I’m deeply passionate about helping others find.

I’m a certified yoga instructor, writer, mother, and motivational speaker. My work is rooted in helping people reconnect with their bodies, their breath, and their higher selves—so they can live their truth and walk their own path with confidence and compassion.

Before yoga, my movement practice was grounded in strength and intensity through krav maga and kickboxing. Yoga helped me tap into my divine feminine and reminded me that life, like movement, requires balance. That balance is something I continue to practice—and something I’m eager to help others discover for themselves.

Outside the studio, I love being outdoors, especially among trees, soaking in live music, and creating spaces where people feel seen, safe, and supported. I adore my husband, my two dogs, and my son, and I believe deeply in community, kindness, and the power of showing up as your whole self.

Yoga isn’t about changing who you are—it’s about coming home to yourself. And I’d be honored to guide you there.
