
Basic Flow
Appropriate for all ages and abilities
This easy flow moves through out the warrior series and into a traditional chaturanga flow, moving from plank, to cobra pushing back into down dog. With a brief standing series before moving to the mat to find rest in shavasana or corpse pose. Traditionally a one hour class, this flow can be adjusted to fit a 30 or 90 minute session.
Balance Focused
Beginner to Intermediate, appropriate for all ages
Starting with a shorter basic flow, we move through the warrior series after a short grounding exercise. Moving through warrior one and warrior two before moving into the standing and balancing series where we focus on poses that strengthen your core and balance in tree pose and warrior three. Traditionally this class is one hour.


Core and PopYoga
Intermediate, appropriate for all ages
Building on the first two styles, this yoga session creates warmth through a faster warrior series and extended plank holds. We move through the warrior series a few times, and transition to your yoga mat for ground work after a brief abdominal workout. This class is up beat and offers more movement and positions. Traditionally this class is one hour.
Guided Meditation
Beginner to Intermediate, appropriate for all ages and abilities
This style of class can start with a basic flow or can stand on its own. Through the use of breathe work and guided imagery, this class offers a safe place to unplug, reset and manifest your desires by grounded yourself into your body, reconnecting with your higher power and expanding your mind. Traditionally this class is 30 minutes but can be combined with any flow to create a 60 or 90 minutes class.
